Sometimes I wonder,
Am I abnormal for finding this much solace in solitude?
Is it an innate reality or a learnt inclination?

There will always be people who are quick to judge and their perception of you may be morphed by assumptions and their own personal history. But ultimately, I’ve learnt that when someone is quick to misjudge your intentions, actions or character, leave them be, because no matter which version of you they encounter or create, we’re all so multifaceted, and at the end of the day, you’re the one who truly knows your heart, where you’re going, and where you’ve come from…the different sides of the same coin.

Trying to ensure that my goals are not only occupational or materialistically motivated, but health orientated.
When you notice something you want to work on, take your time and work on it. You don’t need to belittle yourself in the process. Celebrate each progression and know that everything is an addition, rather than an attempt to overcome any perceived inadequacy.
